The most I've ever spent on a pizza is about 20 dollars.

What can I say, Im a high roller 8) :D

Bulking has officially begun. Sitting at 196, looking to get to 220 for the first part. The BIG goal is a whopping 260, with minimal fat gain. May the force be with me.

185lbs reporting in.

I left university 3 months ago and in that type I've lost about 30lbs, mainly from changing my diet.

Nah its just the post show gainz. After dieting for so long, when you eat for bulking you gain like 5 to 10 lbs quickly and then you stall out (least for me). The idea is to acquire more muscle than fat. The fat is unavoidable but keeping it minimal is key.

I'm at about 185lbs, at 6ft in height. Would like to lose some fat over the next few months, but Christmas is coming so maybe I'm being optimistic. :lol

I always just go bit more strict on my diet before thanksgiving or christmas, I let those kinda be my "cheat days"

I also don't like feeling full though, so that helps me not over eat during the holidays. I used to go nuts and eat till I pass out but I just can't stand that feeling.

Reached 210. Not feeling bloated which is great. Added cardio back but only 2 days a week. Bulking is fun. :lol

How are your lifts feeling? Increasing a lot? Does this kind of bulk you are doing just have an excess of protein or what? I figure if you overload the carbs itll go to storage, but yea, basically what are you eating, and were you kind of starving yourself before?

I was 201 at the start of the month, down to 195 now. Hoping to get to 190 soon. My goal is 185 by Thanksgiving. Shouldn't be too hard if I stop being a lazy fuck. :lol

I'm losing weight pretty naturally at the moment. I'm currently about 185lbs, though while finishing university a couple of months ago, I was pushing 220.

Living over the road from a Tesco Express and being stressed to your eyeballs does that to you. I never had time to cook, so I'd eat takeaway curry. After working all day I wanted comfort food, so I'd eat pizza. Staying awake at night to do more work, I'd drink can after can of Red Bull. You get the idea.

So since I've left university, I've been shedding a few pounds every week just by changing my diet. I'm amazed how easy it's been.

My lifts are slowly improving back to normal. My bulk basically just upped calories and carbs. After my rebound weekend, I cut the carbs back to 125, then this week it's 150, then next week it's 200 carbs. I've got Bulk HD from BPI Sports, so I throw that in there as extra calories. Food is still roughly the same(about 90% clean) as I'd like to keep from spilling over(stomach going over pantline). And I never starved myself, ever.

Most people don't understand that diet is the key. A healthy diet with moderate comfort foods would do just fine. Also, nothing wrong with pizza. Ever. :lol
