I'm at about 185lbs, at 6ft in height. Would like to lose some fat over the next few months, but Christmas is coming so maybe I'm being optimistic.

Living over the road from a Tesco Express and being stressed to your eyeballs does that to you. I never had time to cook, so I'd eat takeaway curry. After working all day I wanted comfort food, so I'd eat pizza. Staying awake at night to do more work, I'd drink can after can of Red Bull. You get the idea.
So since I've left university, I've been shedding a few pounds every week just by changing my diet. I'm amazed how easy it's been.
