Interesting.

Out of curiosity, how many people here do lift? I don't.

I mean, I lift stuff at work, but not like weights and stuff at the gym.

I lift occasionally, not as often as I should though considering I'm supposed to be training for an Iron Man...

I started going to the gym about a year ago. I try and go around 4 times a week, and while there's been progress, its not been as fast as i would like. But i think that has more to do with my erratic schedule and silly eating habits. I seem to bounce from Pizza on one day, to a heap of protein filled meals the next day. This and the fact I drink a fair bit of alcohol on a night out makes it harder to stay in shape.

I'm the same. One day I'll eat really well, then the next day let myself down. Today was one of those days. I had a whole chocolate gateau with cream to myself.

I usually lift a sandwich 2-3 times a day. I seriously do need to hit the gym though and get my fat butt in shape.

Its the most annoying thing right? I've tried to limit myself to one Pizza a week (While watching Raw with a mate) but still, its hard to keep up a good diet, simply because it costs so much damn money! If meats were as cheap as all the other crap, I'd do OK.

That and....i kinda have a mega sweet tooth! You've made me want cake now! Chocolate Gateau.....mmm....

Well, I'm a personal trainer and professional wrestler. So it's not only my real job, but what I also have to do to actually look the part of a wrestler.
