Out of curiosity, how many people here do lift? I don't.
I mean, I lift stuff at work, but not like weights and stuff at the gym.

But i think that has more to do with my erratic schedule and silly eating habits. I seem to bounce from Pizza on one day, to a heap of protein filled meals the next day. This and the fact I drink a fair bit of alcohol on a night out makes it harder to stay in shape.

I'm the same. One day I'll eat really well, then the next day let myself down. Today was one of those days. I had a whole chocolate gateau with cream to myself.
