VaderBomb wrote:^ But if the main event is Orton vs Batista for the championship, where does that leave Bryan, Punk, Cena and Lesnar? Who are all arguably bigger names than both Randy and Batista.
Bryan vs Lesnar?
Punk vs Cena?
They would be cool matches, but wouldn't make much sense right now. Especially Punk vs Cena non-title.

I don't understand why people always want to see matches like that anyway. Lesnar v Ryback was talked about before too, and I didn't get the appeal there either. I have to say that when I think about dream matches, I think about pairing guys who have interesting differences, not similarities. Young vs old, big vs small, technical vs brawler. The reason I think Punk v Austin is a big dream match is the major differences in their personalities/lifestyles. Lesnar versus Lesnar Light sounds dull in comparison.
Back on topic though, I'd agree with vader. Orton v Batista is a very logical match for Wrestlemania. It'd be a good draw, because there's plenty of history there to help sell the match and they've never had a major confrontation before. To be honest, this match could have and probably SHOULD have been done for the title at Wrestlemania in the past, but we're talking about 5 years ago. They missed the boat on making this feud Wrestlemania main event worthy. Now it would just make a nice middle-of-the-show grudge match.
