Lost 65 pounds in the last 11 months and has been working with a personal trainer. Dude's looking good! He's seen quite a transformation over the years, form a scrawny, mousy guy with a dumb goatee to a fat dude to now being ripped.

I don't buy it. Those pictures look....off. I would suspect that Cole is somewhere in between those pics and has been for quite a while.

Lol at everyone denying that the picture is real. I mean, he's flexing and they probably messed around with the lighting so it looked as good as possible, but it's not fake. Just accept that he worked hard and got in shape.

Yeah I'm kinda surprised at the response too :lol I guess it is what it is cus of Michael Cole, but he's clearly put a lot of effort into turning his lifestyle around. Props to him.

If he's made a lifestyle change then kudos to him, kinda the sort of decision I need to be brave to make but little part of me wonders if Vince might have thrown some sort of comments in his direction (directly/indirectly) to look 'better' for TV? Or am I over-thinking it? Now how Vince likes big guys..

Relax. I wasn't questioning if the picture was real. Just stating that it looks off. It's great that he got in shape and cares about his health.
