She'd always mention how he was such a cool guy, how they spoke for hours and how he'd helped her through so much stuff. He was later caught with naked photos of an underage girl on his computer, and many people believe they were of this girl. She was no stranger to sending naked photos, as a few surfaced of her shortly after all this went down. She denied that the RE teacher's nudes were of her, but basically everyone knew they were.

I really can't remember if my school had any big scandals. There were a lot of rumours that went round, but I don't know if any of them were true. However, rumours come from somewhere I suppose. You poor naive man. A lot of teachers have harassed or even had sex with students and have faced no punishment. Of course many do, but many don't. In my school the gym teacher had sex with several students for a few years before ever getting fired. One of the history teachers constantly hit on the girls, and even married one of them when she graduated. One of my best friends had her ass grabbed by him and he constantly hit on her. When she reported it, they just removed her from the class and the teacher was not punished in any way.

I'm assuming they did a search, I don't know/can't remember the full details, it was nearing on 10 years ago now. Just remember everyone talking about how someone had been expelled for bringing drugs into school and that a search was carried out and it was found in his sock.

Well let's see here...

In one class there was a substitute teacher one day and there were these two kids that had been feuding for a while. One was white and one was black. The black kid got up to do an assignment and when he returned to his seat the white kid called him a n****r and the black kid pounced on him, the classroom had those seat/desk all in one things and the white kid couldn't get out to defend himself. The substitute teacher (a woman) ran out of the class screaming and ran to the office (I went to a huge school), by the time the principal and teacher returned the white kid had been beat to a bloody pulp.

My freshman year a kid was found out to have a hit list of students and teachers (this was right around the time of Columbine). He was suspended from school for 10 days and forced to attend a few counseling classes, but returned to school a couple of weeks later and stayed for the next four years. It was really uncomfortable to have him around and not know if one day he was just going to snap.

There was one girl in my school that openly tried to get pregnant so she could have a kid when she was in high school (she was successful). And a dozen or so other girls that also got pregnant in high school.

One of the school guidance counselors married one of the vice principals.

And the kicker of it all, about a decade after I graduated from school the freshman boys basketball coach and the front desk security monitor (same person, had double duty) was found out for having placed hidden cameras in the boys locker room to film students.

For a frame of reference, I went to a school that had roughly 2,000 students and a few hundred teachers/administrators, so the ratio of crazy people to normal people was pretty low.

A little before high school, but in 7th grade my one of my best buddies starting banging our (HOT!) Science teacher...who was married to our Social Studies teacher. This went on for a like a year and then it finally got busted up because she was e-mail my buddy on her work e-mail.

AFTER I graduated (within the first year or two)

-Kid brought a steak knife to school and stabbed another kid with it
-Kid found out he was HIV positive, knowingly infected as many girls as he could with it before he was found out, then went on the lam before he was finally tracked down
