I can almost see gold at the top of the dress, but I don't understand how anyone sees white anywhere on the dress at all. It's obviously blue. And in reality it's black with a distortment from sunlight appearing gold.

It's something to do with the light and how your brain processes what the eye sees. I just did a little experiment, clicked on this post and the dress was white and gold, I scrolled down a few posts then back up again and the dress was black and blue, how ever as I scrolled to the top of the page the colour of the dress literally changed before my eyes from black & blue to white & gold. Freaky stuff, can't seem to repeat it now since my eyes have adjusted to the light level in my current surroundings.

But yeah the dress is actually black and blue, believe it or not it's just featured on the National news

Just watched the NBC nightly news who had an interview with the dress designer, it only comes in black and blue, there are future plans to release it in white and gold but for now its only black and blue. They also said the dresses sales have increased by over %400 since this stupid shit
