You are the GM of your team. What do you do this off season?

Thought this would be a fun scenario to run since football is over :lol . Pretty simple question, what would you do as the GM of your franchise this off season to ensure success for the 2015-2016 season?

Looking at the Colts, this is all their players with expiring contracts..

Ahmad Bradshaw, RB - Resign to a cheap deal for 2 years.
Matt Hasselbeck, QB - Retired.
Reggie Wayne, WR - Retired?
Hakeem Nicks, WR - Resign for 2 more years for a cheap deal. Nicks although was a non factor for most of the regular season, he showed up to play in the post season making some big plays.
Cory Redding, DL - Resign. One of the only highlights of a poor front 7. He isn't just a good player on the field but he is an excellent locker room leader and can bring the best potential out of our guys.
Darius Butler, CB - Resign. I think he has a high ceiling.
Josh Gordy, CB - Release. Just a terrible corner.
Sergio Brown, S - Release. Mediocre safety.
Mike Adams, S - Got to lock Mike Adams up. Was an anchor in the secondary with Vontae and made it to the Pro Bowl this year. He came through with some great interceptions as well. Great coverage safety and truly the QB of our secondary.

After resigning all of our guys, I think we'll be left with 19-18 million in cap space. I'll come back and try to see what I can do in free agency and in the draft.

Cleveland Browns

Do you want the realistic plan or what I would do in my dream scenario? I'll give you my dream scenario first and then a more realistic one later on. The dream scenario is a three step plan:

1 - Call a certain GM. Take all my draft picks this, all my draft picks next year and all my draft picks in every year from now until the end of time (Cleveland is way too hung up on the draft it's time we quit cold turkey), package them up with every player on our defense that said GM would want, Johnny Manziel and any of our running backs that said GM would want and trade it all for one guy: AARON RODGERS! If Ted Thompson doesn't take that deal, I sneak into his office late one night and wait for him to show up the next morning where I threaten to take his life if he doesn't make the deal.

2 - With a whole lot of newly found money to add to an already huge amount of free agency dollars the Browns have already found and call up three guys: Dez Bryant, Demaryius Thomas and Julius Thomas, I tell all of them don't sign with your current teams, we can offer you more money. I take some more of Jimmy Haslam's money and I do whatever bribe, blackmail or threat it takes on the NFL office and make sure Josh Gordon is eligible for the entire season and this supposed suspension just disappears.

I dare any defense in the NFL to stop an offense that has a top 5 offensive line with Thomas, Mack, Bitonio, Greco and Schwartz protecting Aaron Rodgers who gets to throw to Gordon, Demaryius, Julius and Dez. I mean ever stop them. That offense would finally put Cleveland ahead of the curve of where the NFL is headed towards the Arena Football League a little more every season. I'm talking every drive, in every game, all season long ends in a touchdown pass.

3 - Since I need bodies to at least be out there on defense and at running back I sign as many undrafted rookies and veteran minimum free agents as possible to play those positions.

4 - I win Super Bowl 50.

1. In terms of impending free agents, Randall Cobb and Bryan Bulaga are must-signs. I think we let Tramon Williams walk, but Cobb and Bulaga need to be back. I think we get BJ Raji back on a cheap deal as well.

2. We need to continue building our defensive interior. Nose tackle, inside linebackers are our biggest areas of need on the team right now. We have great perimeter rushers and a really solid secondary, it's the middle of the field where we get gashed. Moving Clay to the inside on a lot of the snaps has helped, as has giving Barrington more playing time, but it'd be great if we can keep Clay moving all over the field and have another player that we can rely on in the middle. So whether it's through the draft or free agency (lol, free agency and packers) we need to get another reliable player to help shore up the middle in the linebacking corps.

3. Cut the fuck out of Brad Jones
