During Fabregas' time in the Premier League, he provided more assists than anyone during that period. Now he's returned to the league, and is already top of the assists leaderboard. It will likely stay this way for the rest of the season, and it probably won't even be close.

Fabregas is quite possibly the best creative midfielder and passer of the ball the Premier League has ever seen. Don't agree? Name me a better central midfielder with the creativity, vision, pinpoint distribution and flair of Cesc Fabregas. I'd say that only Paul Scholes or Steven Gerrard come close.

He's the best in the world at what he does, and one of the best in Premier League history. This guy was splitting open Real Madrid's defence with 40 yard passes at 18 years old. His results speak for themselves.
