Mojang is being bought by Microsoft

Gotta wonder what this means for Minecraft. Lots of people are saying that this pretty much ends any chance to have an open source Minecraft moving forward. On the other hand, Microsoft has generally done a pretty good job of letting franchises that they purchase continue without changing what's made them great.
