Yeah, I certainly wouldn't have accepted this deal if I was Irin, but I won't necessarily stand in the way of it happening. Jimmy Graham from Bennett is certainly a bigger jump than Peyton from Stafford. Let alone adding in a RB and WR.

Do I have regrets? Probably.

But after looking at last week's game, I felt like I had more than enough pieces to give up and still have a solid team. I probably should have done it in a better fashion, but still --

So all-in-all, this isn't SKS being shifty or anything, this is me not knowing how to work a damned fantasy football trade. In the end though, I'm still pretty happy with my team. I'll probably look back on this and facepalm, but hey whatever.

(Or is this a "We hate SKS" type thing and I accidentally gave him the upper edge? Sorry. :lol)

No problem, I mean you gotta do what you feel is right for your team and I understand why you did what you did to get the best quarterback in the league. I mean every trade winds up favoring one team more than another and I don't know that it's blatantly one-sided - I'd just say you gave up a little too much.

I'm just inclined to believe everything SKS does is shifty at this point.

I don't like the look of this trade at all, it seems pretty damn one-sided, but I'm going to vote to allow it since I already did the same for the motionmann/Legend trade.

Guys, if it's that bad, then feel free to veto it. I just don't want people to think something's up when it's just my awful judgement.

That's why you consult people before doing things you don't know how to do :angrysanta

Let SKS run through the rest of the Veterans League. I already lost to him and I'm sure my team could take him in a rematch pre or post trade so I don't care what he does anymore. We all know this trade won't get vetoed so we should all just let it gooooooooooo.

My initial reaction would be to veto it, I just feel bad about vetoing trades in general :lol

I'm certainly not going to veto a trade, just because I don't feel like it's anyone's role to veto a trade between two other teams.

It's easy to veto. Just click veto trade and smile. I do it all the time. In fact I just voted to veto this one now because I'll never forget SKS using admin powers to block my trade for Lynch in a different league and only allowed it to go through after I fell out of playoff position :cussing

Yeah, I vetoed it, don't feel bad about it either. Of course the fact my team is shit and I'm stuck with it may have played a factor in it.

I wasn't the one who proposed the trade, I accepted it. So you can say I'm shifty and harassing people for trades if you want, it doesn't bother me. No one had a problem with the Ball for Evans trade which I thought was unfair due to the rounds in which they were drafted, but motion was so determined that Ball would have a bad year. But when it's me accepting a trade offer, it's something shifty and unfair. :lol

Brett is just finding a way to justify his hate for me because the Bombers suck and so does his fantasy team.

I didn't think my veto vote would actually do anything. Now I feel bad since I did it as a joke and didn't really care. especially cause it WAS Trace who pitched the trade not SKS. Though SKS did try and pull similar like last week.

Maybe you didn't propose the trade, but regardless, it still seems like a goofy trade, doesn't really matter who initiates it. Besides I doubt it's going to get vetoed anyway, there won't be enough votes.

All I'm saying is I come on here late in the evening sometimes and you're in the shoutbox with Irin or whoever else talking fantasy and trade scenarios, it's been at least a couple times, maybe more. Maybe harasses was the wrong word, but you're definitely into it and working any trade angle you can find.

I was honestly worried for a sec that people were gonna hate me for this. Eh, I think I'm just gonna stay with my current team.

I didn't vote on the trade because I don't care, but I didn't think it was that lopsided. Irin would get fantasy's most consistent fantasy player in Peyton Manning because Denver isn't going to look to establish a running game like Green Bay and other teams will do while also getting a productive tight end in Martellus Bennett. Meanwhile SKS got a solid fantasy QB in Stafford and an elite tight end in Graham. I thought it was a fair trade off there. The only part that threw me for a loop was SKS getting Anquan Boldin too but I wouldn't have cared either way. Not like I would have thought they were scheming.

I was mad before, but I don't care much now. I just didn't understand how the Ball for Evans trade went trough with no problems but this trade was heavily lopsided. I'm all for people vetoing unfair trades but at least be consistent in what you think is unfair. It's annoying because when I voice my displeasure I get called a whiny baby (I wasn't really going to drop every game). Irin wanted the trade (she offered it to me), why should people be making her decisions for her? There's no way that this trade was worse than Ball for Evans, which was my issue.

That trade was very early in the fantasy season though, honestly at that point I didn't even know you could really veto trades on ESPN, I heard people joking about it but I didn't know where you actually voted to veto or not and then the trade was done.
