I saw SBTB trending on Twitter this morning.

Seems some unauthorised film is out based on it and a new cast...

Found this article worth a read but yeah, SBTB was a classic morning show before school. I even watched the College series one when it had that ex-American footballer (how Goldberg would look with curly hair and a beard) which was semi decent.

Kinda wish they'd leave some classic shows to RIP.

And Tiffani Amber Thiessen who played Zack's love interest...

EDIT: Seems movie was based on Dustin Diamond (Screech's) book detailing behind the scenes stuff not a remake

the docu was loosely based on Diamonds book. a lot of critics are claiming the unauthorized movie is nothing more than a last ditch effort to get some pitty for diamond and how he was treated/acted during and after the show.

I did not watch it but from what I have read about I get the impression that its more of a behind the music style of docu showing the drama and controversial things that occurred backstage

I watched about 5 minutes of it, but it wasn't worth the time.

I caught a few minutes and it was every bit as bad as I imagined it would be.

I don't get this though, the movie is based on Dustin Diamond's tell-all book, which he recently admitted was mostly full of crap that wasn't even true? And he's one of the executive producers of the movie?

The guy is a scumbag who's still pissed he was the geek on the show and the rest of them were all good looking "cool" kids and he wasn't. There's a reason none of the old cast members have anything to do with him and any talks of reunions have gone nowhere, because none of them want to be involved if he is.

^It's amazing he's gone on to become this big douche considering the character he played was very much liked.
