Men Behind the Sun is so grotesque. That's definitely one of them. Crap film, too, even if it did have some interesting things to say about China and the Cold War.

The "Guinea Pig" films are basically just about guys cutting people apart for fun, in detail. So there's that.

Hostel. It took a while for the gore to start but once it had started it actually made me uncomfortable, something that doesn't happen easily at all.

I started watching High Tension and had to stop because the gore was making me sick. Granted I have a low tolerance for that kind of stuff as it is, but still... I don't understand how people can find that stuff enjoyable.

A film series that I think is the goriest is "Wrong Turn"...bunch of inbreeding hillbillies on a murder spree full of endless gore...now those movie scare the crap out of me.

It's not exactly gory per se. Just.......disturbing. A man cumming blood and a woman cutting of her clit. Lovely.
