A while back, people may have seen a few posts from me defending Sanogo.

I take them all back.

Sanogo is shite. He's just Emile Heskey V.2.

This is the worst Arsenal performance I've seen in some time, bar the mauling they got from Chelsea last month.

Forgot about that. Regardless, that just makes it funnier.

This ref in the Liverpool vs West Ham game is shite.

Another professional victory today. I consider that to be a Man United win (back when they were half decent) in the sense that Liverpool were far from their best and struggled at times yet still managed to pick up three points.

The referee was dogshit again though, Demel's goal should never have stood. Carroll flat-out assaulted Mignolet and the linesman flagged for a foul yet the referee gave it anyway which makes zero sense to me. If your official, who has the better view of the incident, is telling you there has been a foul and you choose to ignore him anyway what fucking point is there having a linesman at all? Perhaps even more incredible was the fact the referee chose to ignore the Liverpool players when they were pleading with him to turn around and watch the incident on the big screen so he could see for himself it was a foul and make the right decision yet the ref chose to be a stubborn, ignorant bellend instead.

Then when he gave Liverpool a second penalty I wasn't so sure about it. I'm obviously delighted we got one and will take it every day of the week but I'm not convinced it was a penalty. I think the keeper touches the ball before he wipes out Flanagan and there's a valid argument for both sides on that one. I do feel however that the referee will have seen the incident at half time and, knowing he made a mistake, decided to right his wrong and give us the penalty. Surely we can learn from Super League in these situations? When a decision like the West Ham goal or the second penalty arises shouldn't the referee be allowed to refer to the 4th official who has access to television cameras? The 4th official can watch it back and relate the info back to the ref who can in turn make the correct decision. It's not a difficult solution to terrible refereeing is it?

Another captain's performance from Stevie G today though, leading by example in a difficult game. City at home next week is a massive game, can't fucking wait.

Arsenal. Ouch.

Everton are on a roll atm but they've got some tough games with City/United at Goodison. Would be amazing if they did get top four ahead of Arsenal which I think could potentially be the end of Wenger if he wins the FA Cup or not.

At what point do we stop this crap and catch up with technology, once again the officials fucked up...Andy Carroll almost punches the liverpool GK, it gets shown on the big screen and the liverpool players point it out but he refuses to look at it... the wrong player gets sent off a few weeks ago... it takes 30 seconds maximum for a assistant red sat in a room at the stadium to see a replay of these big calls to say if the correct call has been made or not.

We'll catch up with the technology when Sepp Blatter stops being a cunt.

What a dick move tbh. There are around 6 or so games left and who is going to come into save them? They've got tough fixtures against the top four coming up and it's not as if the players were not playing for Hughton anymore. Sounds like a panic move as usual. Won't cry for 'em if they get relegated now (sorry Daz)

I agree with you completely to be honest. Bad timing all around. Neil Adams won the FA Youth Cup last year but otherwise has no experience. How well did that work out for Fulham with René Meulensteen? We've had some piss poor performances recently, but little of that had to do with Hughton. I'm hoping with Adams in charge we might see a change in playing Hoolahan policy as he's god awful and does nothing for the team. Fully expect to be relegated now.

Norwich fans are a fucking disgrace to, abusing Ruddy, Martin and Hughton after the WBA game. It was a bad result, bad performance but some of these idiots need to get a grip.
