and how wonderful it is to watch...

Also fair play to Viazon for honouring the bet! Liverpool have been playing some really good football lately but dropped 2 points against both Villa and WBA - that isn't good enough. It's all well and good beating Arsenal and taking all the plaudits but (with all due respect to teams like Villa/Albion/Hull etc...) those are the types of teams we should be beating. I'm still sceptical we'll get 4th, I'll wait and see what they do mid-week against Fulham...

In all fairness, if I was a Liverpool fan I'd be happy with a point against Villa. You lot were 2-0 down.

Oh yeah don't get me wrong I was happy with a point in the end. I'm just saying Liverpool shouldn't have ever been in that position in the first place.

United now winning 2-1 after a quick-fire double around the 80th minute. Don't think I've ever seen a group of fans celebrate taking the lead against bottom of the table so vigorously. You'd be forgiven for thinking United had just won the league.

Fulham ran themselves ragged and deserved at least a point. Having them score in the 94th minute makes it that much sweeter for the neutrals! How great will Arsenal/United be this week? I'd suggest another sig bet between Aky and Viazon but I'm not sure the latter will be keen on that idea! :P

Honourable mention to Norwich too, looked like they deserved to beat City on MOTD last night.

As a neutral, I very much enjoy watching United fuck it up. As a Norwich fan who'd prefer to be more than five points above bottom of the table ... I didn't enjoy it one bit.

Same old, same old.

Fulham were the literal example of the expression 'park the bus' but tbf to them they did it very well and I can't blame them for doing that. They were on a horrible run of form and this performance might catapult them into trying to get out of the bottom three.

United on the other hand were careless with both of their goals. Fletcher not picking up Sidwell whilst Rooney could have tracked him all the way back but tbf, once Fletcher saw Sidwell bursting through, he should have got his man. Carrick not aware of what was going on behind him, DDG did well to parry the hard shot from Richardson.

84 shit crosses all game. Most of them were hit quickly and without taking a touch of the ball. Moyes doesn't have much excuses - he's got this attacking players and the idea that Rooney/RVP coming back would be enough has bene mis-proven. Mata, despite his assists, struggling to really influence the game as him and Rafael aren't clicking.

Enjoyed Smalling's role at CB - decent distribution but besides that, not alot of positives. Our top four hopes are very, very thin and tbh, a defeat at Arsenal would put the final nail on the coffin. Liverpool are playing well against teams they are expected to be beat and got three points vs. Arsenal; Spurs are picking up points but feel they'll drop off once EL kicks in again and Everton still in the mix aswell.

Aww, late to the party, it was blocked when I tried to watch.

Didn't get the chance to mention while I was away but pretty stoked about how the Scottish Cup panned out over the weekend. Rangers are through to the Quarter Finals and Aberdeen took care of Celtic. We're not favourites by any means but there's a chance. We beat SPL teams last year and the team is far better than it was. We can do this :tim

You support Rangers? I didn't know that!

Shame Celtic got knocked out tbf, because a Rangers vs. Celtic final considering they hardly play each other anymore.

Well done West Brom - most unexpected. :clap

^I'd say it's better though. Playing four times a season got abit over-bearing so seeing the less of each other might re-fresh the rivalry abit.
