T-Mobile has announced that it will start paying sprint/Verizon/at&t customers early termination fees if they ditch their respective carriers for T-Mobile
In a nutshell, T-Mobile will pay up to $350 per line plus give you up to $200 if you relinquish your current phone and plan with one of the big 3 and sign up for T-Mobile and their $50 uncontracted everything plan with a new phone
I could be a bit off but they are offering unlimited data, no international roaming on voice or data, unlimited talk/text, no contract, unlimited data for life on any tablets tied to the plan with a free 500mb/month mobile tethering and extra lines or tablets are $10 a month with same features. Plus any T-Mobile smartphone is available on a monthly payment plan with $0 down.
What do you all think of this? I know I am with Verizon and just for 2 phones with 4gig of data per phone is over $200 a month after tax's. It discusts me that I pay that much a month but early termination fees combined with limited coverage from at&t and sprint in my area have all but forced me into what I have now for anything that resembles a smart phone.
T-Mobile claims to have 4g in my area and reports are saying that their network is expanding faster than hell right now combined with some deal with Verizon for T-Mobile to use the same bandwidth or frequency (foreign talk to me) for the LTE coverage. I have read some things saying T-Mobile has THE fastest 4g service in america and at its current expansion rate will have a larger 4g service area than the current leader Verizon
I am seriously contemplating taking them up on this deal.
