I'll take him at Villa instead of Lambert if he fancies it!

Shame about Mackay but it was inevitable wasn't it? Tan made up his mind weeks ago - the good news for Malkay is he leaves with his reputation enhanced and he's got to be fancied for any Premier League jobs that should come available.

Also to everyone that backed Bradford in the roundtable - I am truly sorry.

I think if Norwich lose on the weekend, then they may let Hughton go to bring in Makay. Malky's a club legend, so it'd likely be welcomed, despite the fact he's very much a similar manager to Hughton.

The 'truce' was never going to last, can't believe the media reported it as it was a permanent retraction of the resign or be sacked e-mail.

Feel for him but if you try to understand it from Tan's point of view, maybe some understanding develops. I mean, he spent £8m on a striker [Corneulius] and has hardly seen him make an impact and Tan, being primarily a businessman, ain't going to sit by and watch money go down the drain. A case of unrealistic ambitions but Mackay wasn't doing badly and the PL is so unpredictable atm.

I hope for money, that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer doesn't go there. He could do so much better for his first PL job.

P.S - Prophet - from the highlights I saw on Look North, seems it was a deserved win for the Millers!

Yeah it really was I'm ashamed to admit. Despite being on the lash all day I'm pretty certain that yesterday's game was the worst footballing performance I've ever seen from my team and I've sat through my fair share of shite. Whilst you were the better team I still wouldn't even say it was a top performance from you lot - we were just that bad.

Should have watched Norwich/Fulham. One of the worst games of football period, you'll ever see. Playing an Man Utd today. It'll either be another six goal thumping or we'll do the typical Norwich thing and go and get an unexpected win.

Norwich all over an Man Utd at half time. Could be two or so up. Of course this will jinx it.

Palace deserved a better fate at the Etihad. They could have scored two or three easily were it not for Hart.

Chelsea winning and a striker scores for them (Eto'o).

If only Welbeck could apply that composure he showed against Norwich in situations more often. 4 goals and 1 assist in the last 4 games I think it is so it's a improvement and somewhere to start for him. He just needs to chip in with goals when he plays on the left aswell although it's more difficult to put yourself in there.

Norwich will rue missed chances but I think they'll be fine. I did choose them as the team that would over-achieve this season but considering the nature of the PL so far, i.e. closer points gap, probably won't happen.

Liverpool really needs Gerrard in the midfield - it showed today without him. Though Chelsea was defending quite exceptionally.

It was a little bit nervous for Arsenal near the end. But they manage the scrap a one-nil win and hold onto the lead near the end. Winning games like this are just as important as any in winning the league. We didn't particularly look strong throughout the whole game but still picked up a win. And we managed to do it with a few players missing. Good to see Giroud get on the scoresheet.
