My mate was majorly pissed off but sees the funny side of it now. Banter at the pub tonight was excellent.

Ouch. He was probably playing for that far-away island that Higginbotham now plays for.
I'd send him the travel bill as did the photographer who had his camera busted by Hull's Jake Livermore during the latter's goal celebration yesterday.

Thought it was decent of him to say he'll repair the photographer and then match the money and give £6000 to Tom Huddlestones charity
