Worked for Beckham for years, but then again the FA always had a boner for him.

Seems malky mackay is on his way out of Cardiff after being apparently told quit or be sacked by the owner, which is a complete joke tbh, Brendan Rodgers put it perfectly.. he's a business man who knows nothing about football,

Yeah it's bollocks what they're doing or at least trying to do to him at Cardiff although if reports are to be believed his odds on becoming the next West Brom manager have dropped significantly. That'd be a good appointment for them and the way things are looking he'd do well to get out of Wales as soon as he can.

Agreed, It wouldn't surprise me if Cardiff offer Steve Clarke the job aswell.

I think some of these owners (Abraomovich, Tan) love being in the limelight no matter how profusely they suggest they don't.

If I was Mackay, I'd resign and to West Brom. But he seems keen to see out. I assume better for him, as most managers might want to do for the payday, wait for the sack and pick up a nice pay off.

AVB, from Chelsea and Tottenham, is laughing all the way to the bank.

Abramovic has an itchy trigger finger at times but he can't be compared with the idiot who runs Cardiff. Vincent Tan is in a select group of bellends along with the old Fulham chief who commissioned a statue of Michael Jackson outside Craven Cottage.

YES - them too. Feel sorry for the fans of clubs run by these people.

Suarez has just signed a new long-term deal.

Also when will Mauricio Pochettino finally learn English? It's coming up a year since he was appointed. Jesus Christ.

Great news. I'd argue that Liverpool tying Suarez down is the best bit of business any club has done/will do all season, massive coup for Rodgers and his team. Ditto on Pochettino too, learn the language man! I can't understand how he manages to coach and deliver team talks and all that stuff when he can't speak English.

Pochettino can speak English - don't think he'd be successful if he wasn't. He can speak it quite well as described here.

It fucking annoys me why he can't speak to the media but he hides behind this "I don't want anyone to misunderstand me". Think it's a convenient reason if he has to explain a poor performance, speculation etc.

Suarez signing a new deal is major for Liverpool and a surprise to me. I thought he'd wait to see if they can get CL football but tbh, Liverpool were keen to negotiate because they wanted to add a transfer clause in his deal I bet to increase it from £40m to around £60-£80m. Suarez could leave in the summer if they don't make fourth but this time, they'll be able to get top dollar. And rightly so, as a United fan, appreciate he's the best striker in the league atm. Rooney, Aguero behind him.

Who would you like to see your club sign in January?

Villa desperately need an attacking midfielder. Anyone would do :lol

How long have you got?

Without a doubt, midfield re-inforcements. Won't be able to buy big but Roma's Kevin Strootman seems a possibility. Why we didn't sign him in the summer when we had the chance must be another of Ed's failings.

I'm expecting two signings - Baines potentially being one and Stootman.

At Norwich, I think we need another quality CB. Bassong, Turner and Ryan Bennett are all good players but Turner and Bennett are too similar and Bassong has been inconsistent this season and his individual mistakes has cost us points. We improved our midfield ten fold with the signings of Fer and Redmond in the sumer. We need a signing like that to just give us a little more across the back. We were looking at Toby Alderweireld in the summer, if we can get somebody like that, I wouldn't be complaining.

I wouldn't mind another Right Back as well. It's been our weakest area all season. Martin has lost a step from last season and Whittaker, outside of one or two performances hasn't done enough when given the opportunity.

I know a lot of Norwich fans still want Fabio Quagliarella who we were supposedly linked with. I can't see it happening, but we could do with an attacking minded midfielder who can help service Hooper and RVW. We've suffered from not getting them the ball enough at times and although Johan Elmander has certainly helped,
I think if we can get someone with a little more quality we can push into the top half of the table.

Other than that, another wide player wouldn't go amiss. With had Pilkington, Snodgrass and Elliot Bennett all injured this year which has limited our options significantly. Personally, I'd sell Pilkington if we can get a good price for him and bring somebody in who's a little less injury prone.

We'll walk the league at this point so it's not really that important to sign anyone at least until the summer. :lol

Jeez where to I begin....

New wingers would be nice, a goal scorer... a non injury prone creative center mid, a left back, a goalkeeper, a centreback.

Baines isn't leaving Everton and I suspect he'll sign a new contract in a few months time, the only way Everton would accept a bid for him is if he requests a transfer and he won't do that because he doesn't want to ruin his reputation with the fans who adore him.

I keep hearing rumors if Marco Reus to united which would piss me off because I love Marco and he loves Dortmund so I hope it is just rumors.

Chelsea will break the bank for either Falcao, Lewandowski or Costa which would spell the end for either Ba or Torres imo, I wouldn't be surprised to see a deal for Costa involving Torres and we'll see Torres spend the rest of his career at Athletico Madrid.

Liverpool have been fantastic, Suarez as always has been unplayable - both his goals have been class and right now on current form you'd have to say he's the best player in the world. I'd like to mention how impressive Jordan Henderson has been yet again too - in Gerrard's absence he's come on leaps and bounds.
