You're not supposed to throw toilet paper in the toilet in Greece, because apparently the plumbing is bad over there. Which is funny, as apparently they invented toilets.

That's my random fact for the day, which I learned when I visited Greece when I was 14. Other than that, you know, the normal place.

I know most of rural mexico they throw it in a trash can. This has a lot to do with crude waste disposal systems or no waste disposal at all.
I learnt this from a friend of mine in grade school who's parents were from mexico and still practiced this in their american home

I have to clean the trash can at my barber shop every Thursday night and I often see poopy paper in it. So there are sickos out there. It's so gross when it sticks to the side of the can. Disgusting bastards.
