It would make zero sense since he's a heeland just got beat by Samoa Joe + the picture floating round of him in a "leaked" version of the match image is fake

My wild speculation crazy pop guess though is..... Daniel Bryan!! He said himself that he was cleared by an out of WWE doctor. If the WWE doctor has cleared him, this would be a hell of a way to come back. Plus he would only have to do one third of the work and it might be a good way to ease him back in.

Even if it's Bryan though, how would bringing in Bryan be a good way to counteract Braun Strowman? I love Bryan, but its not like he is going to intimidate Strowman.Hanley! wrote:The problem with this kind of match is that you're setting people up for disappointment. Announcing the mystery partner stipulation gets people's imaginations going and people will come up with some really exciting options for who the mystery partner might be ... and almost inevitably the reality isn't nearly as exciting.
If it's Eric Rowen, then I have absolutely no idea why they'd want to build that as a surprise. The guy is terrible, and not at all over. They're going to drain the life out of the crowd by having him be the surprise.
I reckon it's going to just be Randy Orton instead. Which is at least a little better. But not much.
If it is going to be Daniel Bryan then that justifies the stipulation. If it's not him, then the chances are that even going with this stipulation was a mistake.
