I love potatoes, the only ones I'm not keen on are the boiled variety. I think wedges might just win it for me, especially if they have a bit of a kick to them, I love spiciness at the moment. Either that or roasties, you can't beat a home made roast potato. Mmmm carbs.
Depends what I'm having. It has to be mashed if we're talking a roast dinner, love a bit of mash and gravy. Most things are improved with chips though.
I only really like potato when it's crispy on the outside. I kinda hate mash and boiled potato, but wedges and chips are always fantastic, as are hash browns and fried potatoes. Roast potatoes might be my favourite - roast potatoes with gravy is a requirement for a good Christmas dinner as far as I'm concerned.
Sweet potato is really nice too. I'd have that in just about any form there is. Sweet potato wedges are particularly good when prepared well.
I absolutely love potatoes. I love them in all forms. I will fuck them in private. Baked potato is probably my favorite as it's the most pure potato experience. Toss some butter, a shit ton of sour cream and a little chill and cheese in that hole and I'm in fucking heaven.
