My first thought was Grandpa. They said that the character wasn't "iconic" so I doubt it's anyone from the immediately family, but Grandpa is a good shout.

It's really hard to care. Simpsons have done the death thing before anyway and unless they're going for a major character here, it won't make a difference to the show going forward. Plus, who still watches the Simpsons? It's the quintessential example of a show that went on too long.

I still enjoy The Simpsons but not nearly as much as I used to. I used to watch it every Sunday religiously. I wonder who is dying.

My guess would be barny or Kristy. Grandpa is to obvious. Second guess would be more or Flanders.

Krusty isn't so iconic to me, Sure Bart liked him but I feel like he has moved away from the happening scene, unless something happened in all those seasons I never watched.

My vote goes to Barney, Millhouse or Flanders. Mostly these guys seem very much more iconic to me.

Secondary options to me would be Moe or Apu... I guess...

I think Mr. Burns and Gramps are too obvious of choices.

*shrugs*

It's apparently a character that the actor earned a Primetime Emmy for voicing.

My vote goes to Sideshow Bob. :D
