SHIT IS GOING DOWN! Everyone's favourite guilty pleasure, I think we've all been known to belt out a boy band hit when it pops on the radio every once in a while.

There have been many, but only one can be the PTF Fave Boy Band.

I think Boyz II Men have the best songs. One of the truly best RnB groups ever. Much better than what you see today. But when I hear boy bands, I think poppy type groups. And I don't really think Boyz II Men applies to them. However, when it comes to actual pop boy bands, I have to go with Backstreet Boys. And the ending to This Is The End confirms my decision.

To be fair besides New Kids on the Block, 98 Degrees and maybe Boyz II Men, most of the other bands were pretty much known world wide. Were the more popular in the US then out of it? Yes but most people knew who the Backstreet Boys, N'Sync, and Jackson 5 were. Jonas Brothers and One Direction were/are f'ing huge as well.

NKOTB was my sister's favorite way back when, and I never considered Boyz II Men a "boy band" with the others.
