I came back for two weeks just to check this out and this is the biggest crock of shit they could have possibly pulled. Unbelievable. Guess the time for a comeback wasn't right after all.

A quote that CMPUNKFAN posted in the chat:

"The more fans push, the more WWE push back. Bryan isn't "their guy". They'd rather be right and lose money just to prove a point"

Unfortunately, there's a whole lot of truth to this.

I can't even believe it.

I'm serious. WWE need you to stop watching their product. They need to learn that they can't keep pulling shit like this, as the fans won't stand for it any longer. Tonight should be a turning point.

You, as a fan, should not have to endure that trash. So make a stand against it - don't tune in. Boycott their product. After tonight, I'd go as far to say that this is your duty as a wrestling fan. Shit like this can't continue, so don't let it. Don't allow yourself to put up with this shit for any longer.

WWE need to be taught a brutal lesson. Make a stand.

I can't wait until Vince dies.

I deleted my Raw DVR for the first time since 2008. I found my "girlfriend (now wife)" in 2006 and immediately got her into wrestling by 2007. BUT as a fresh viewer and very VERY intelligent person, my wife was calling it "fucking bullshit" by 2008 and continued to call me "fucking gay" for watching it UNLESS CM Punk and Kofi Kingston were on screen. I started watching again about 09 or 10 when we went from city/cable to country/satellite and I could DVR. Then about the time Bryan's HUGE crowd surge started my wife said "That lumberjack guy is pretty damn cool, I love how he looks like he's really fighting and his kicks sound loud" and a few weeks of this would go by before she would say "Holy shit those running backflips are awesome" and I was in love again times a million 'cause my wife liked wrestling again. Then they started tuning out Bryan again and Punk as well and she found it "gay" again and.. now.. I'm lame for being mad (in her eyes) about this shit tonight.

So fuck WWE. I'm done.

-Kevin Nash in the rumble
-Batista wins the rumble after being gone 4 years

Good night for friends of Triple H.

the Nash thing could have been a last second replacement for another surprise because Nash didn't last long or eliminate anyone

and remember

there's always NJPW and supporting indy wrestling

The fans in the WWE arenas need to step up for Bryan. Chant the guy's name whenever HHH or one of his best friends are performing in the ring. Clearly HHH is doing what's best for his Clique, not best for business. Dick.

Fans in the arenas can start the real palpable dissatisfaction.

If I was Punk, I would fucking tell HHH to do one before he re-signs.

That's what it would take to change things big names leaving because of how things are booked anymore.

If fans shouted for Daniel Bryan whilst Triple H was in the ring, I genuinely feel that it would have a negative effect on Bryan as they'd be more likely to push him down the card out of spite.

Sorry I forgot to highlight the CM Punk part. That is what I was referring to, the fact that big names leaving or refusing to sign with WWE would help.

Problem is for every older IWC, more "wise" fan they lose there's two kids or new fans that discover their product and watch from there. Wrestling isn't a traditional TV show that has a set fanbase that they need to keep happy until the end of the show's run. Wrestling counts on evolving their audience and doing what they do and whoever will watch will watch. Wrestling programs lose fans all of the time and they gain fans all of the time.
