This is funny. In another thread, I was talking about a girl from work who had recommended me some songs she liked and there were a few Massive Attack ones. I have to say, I wasn't really familiar with much of their stuff but they are quite decent. I know one of their songs, Unfinished Symphony, is my friends favourite song ever.

Great song. It seems quite a lot of people like them, but from what I've seen, they're rarely discussed.

Well done Porky - you've created a thread in here that has tempted me to make my first post in the Music section ;)

But I came across Teardrop through it being used on TV and came across Angel on Two Smoking Barrels film!

But love Teardrop/Angel/Unfinished Symphony and Dissolved Girl has a brilliant intro!

Teardrop used to drive me mad. That was overplayed to death when I was a kid. I still can't stand it as a result.

Haven't really listened to much of their other stuff.

Basically every other post I've made in the music forum is about something or multiple things that I like. I rarely hate in this forum in fact.

Doesn't stop Teardrop from being a dull, plodding, overplayed song though. :P

I maintain that deep down, everyone in that thread knows Con Air is shit. Nothing will convince me otherwise.

I own Con Air on DVD, it's not shit. :lol People like this movie. C'mon, people love Chuck Norris movies, too, same concept. Cheesy aged dialogue, fake looking fight scenes, but it just has that certain something to it. That "90's Action Film" feel. Only the 90's had that.

Not a bad theme for House. Beyond that, Massive Attack is useless.
