Even City winning the league ahead of Liverpool doesn't hide the farce of United losing 2-0, at home, to relegated Cardiff.
On the title race, all the hype about it being the "greatest" title race or the "greatest" league since 92 is OTT. The former was a competitive battle because both teams were so good, however it didn't have the thrills and spills it could have done when Liverpool opened up a lead. Teams below have to do so much to catch both of those teams.
Villa my tip to go up - they've hit form at the right time but as mentioned, Leeds wouldn't be a bad bet although the Man United-Leeds rivalry won't have the same intensity on the pitch compared to the last time both were in the top division, but also for the joy that it will bring my work colleague who is a massive fan!
