It's safe to say Brock has been eating those pies..

Wonder how the new shape affects him for his UFC heavyweight championship

Speaking of physiques, watch this video of Cena:

Look at that vein popping out. Not saying he's on roids but hmmmmm.

In his defence, he's clearly pumped post-workout here.

There seems to be a fashion for denying that wrestlers are on some form of PEDs though. I often see this on Reddit - anyone who suggests that a wrestler may not be clean and pure is immediately shot down, and some people cite WWE's wellness policy which has allegedly improved in recent years when it comes to PEDs as proof that it doesn't go on behind the scenes. It's quite bizarre.

These guys put their bodies through extreme punishment every day in the gym, and every night in the ring. They have hardly any rest, and if they're ever injured, seem to be expected to return ASAP. Often, they make miraculous recoveries and return well ahead of schedule. Remember Cena's torn pectoral muscle around 2008, which seemed to heal faster than a sprained ankle? Yep.

It came as absolutely no surprise that Lesnar failed his first ever random drug test when returning to the UFC. If WWE partnered with a legitimate anti-doping organisation like USADA it would ruin their product, which is the reason they've never done it.

Considering their short careers full of intense schedules, lack of rest, injuries, the expectation to look larger-than-life ripped and how the company rewards those who are (Jinder Mahal) - why would you not want to take PEDs?

There's zero chance Cena hasn't been using roids for much of/most of his career.
