I See Fire - Ed Sheeran (from the Hobbit)

Anyone else really enjoy this song as the credits rolled after Desolation of Smaug? I thought it was perfect for the end of the film and without any media support the song has gotten into the UK charts which I suppose is impressive. I like Ed Sheeran - he's a talented guy. I've just googled the song for a bit of background on it and found this (albeit on Wiki)

"In only one day, Sheeran watched the film at Park Road Post, immediately went to a room to write the song, and recorded most of it. Despite having never played the violin, he chose to perform it himself via overdubbing"

If that's true then hats off to him.

Really didn't like the song at all for some reason. I loved the song they used for the credits of Unexpected Journey however.

Ed Sheeran is amazing. He has such a great vocal presence with him. Here's another song I enjoy, he kills the hook on it.

Tried to listen to it, but found it to not be my taste. He does have talent though.
