A sad ritual

It was weird; because he appeared white a bunch of our friends didn't really believe that he was a black man. They thought it was just a running joke about the way he talked and the music he was into. But he was actually black. You could kinda tell he was albino from his eyes, and the texture of his hair was unusual for someone with blonde hair. Plus, I met his Dad, so I knew he was racially black. But a lot of people had a hard time believing it, because he was so pale.
