I'm not regular movie watcher so can't really offer an opinion but thought he was good in Ali.

Any thoughts on Will Smith, the actor and his career?

I don't get what this article is trying to accomplish. There are a lot of actors who have never won an Oscar. I think some people look too much into things. There are some great actors out there but not all of them are going to win Oscars in their careers.

I think he is a great actor and has had some brilliant movies. With I Am Legend being among my favourites.

I think he can still get one, I mean how old is he? 45 tops? He's still got a lot of time and he's a good enough actor that I think he could if he really wants to.

Not that I think he minds too much, the guy has been one of the most bankable movie stars of all time. There's something to be said for that.

I think the first reason pretty much nails it on the head. He doesn't really make Oscar type movies, so he's never likely to be in the running really. He's got his niche and he pretty much sticks to it. Leonardo DiCaprio will get one before Will Smith.
