God, this is so tough. I love Winslet and I love Spacey.

I'm going to go with Kevin with a heavy influence from House of Cards, in which he is just sensational.

I've never been a big fan of Spacey. I don't know what it is about him, but he's just never done it for me. Winslet all the way.

Favourite performance: Clementine in Eternal Sunshine

Winslet, but it's very tight - both are deserving.

I like Winslet a lot, she's one of my favourite actresses. But I have to give this to Spacey. He's been one of my very favourite actors ever since I cared about such things. A big part of it is that he has a more expansive filmography than Winslet and has starred in more films that I really enjoyed. I always like Winslet when I watch her in something, but there aren't as many of her films that I really love.

My favourite performance by Winslet is in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

My favourite performance by Spacey is ... I don't fucking know. John Doe in Se7en, Verbal Kint in The Usual Suspects, Frank Underwood in House of Cards ... I always thought K-Pax was underrated and that he was underrated in it. Then there's American Beauty which is what he won the Oscar for. He's been in so many great films.

For anyone who's struggling to pick a winner, I'd advise watching The Life of David Gale. We watched it there recently. It stars both Spacey and Winslet and both are very good in it. Laura Linney was brilliant in it too. Is she in this tournament? She should be in this tournament.

Yeah, I'm currently biased because I just watched House of Cards and Spacey was so fucking good in it.

I voted for Kate Winslet, but it was tough for me. I do enjoy Spacey quite a bit, but I think he's not quite as consistent throughout his career as Winslet has been for the past 20 years or so. Spacey has been more susceptible to having a few stinkers here and there, but Winslet has had a very solid repertoire of films that she's put together.

I probably enjoy a couple of Spacey's individual performances more than almost anything Winslet's done, but her consistency and her standing among other actresses in Hollywood give her the edge for me. Plus, we need more women to move on to the next round and she's as good a choice as there is to do so.
