Pretty good trailer, but as bad as part 2 was it's hard for me to get excited. Too much CGI, too much fluff.

I probably won't wind up seeing it in the theater (I've seen all the other Hobbit/LOTR movies opening day :o) but when I inevitably catch it in a couple years at some point, I'm sure I'll feel the same way I did about the other Hobbit movies: a few really great scenes peppered in throughout an otherwise bad movie.
