Sweet. I wish they hadn't split it up into two movies. Just seems greedy but I am still looking forward to it. And I know @babes is.

Ugh, agreed. Fuck Harry Potter for starting this trend. It's a total money grab and more often than not it seems to compromise the movie's quality.

I thought the first two were really well done, but I just don't know if there's enough content in the third book (as compared to the first two) to make splitting it worthwhile. Still going to check this one out though, and I dig the propaganda style that they're using for this teaser.

I assume part of the extra stuff will involve following characters other than Katniss - in the books, you don't actually see what happens to Peeta, you just hear about it afterward; I think he was apart for about half the book, so that's a fair amount of other stuff to show (and I do think that they should show it).

I think there's a pretty natural ending for the first movie in there too, which doesn't hurt. Anyway, I'm hopeful that the split will work better here than it has in other examples.

I thought it was beneficial to Harry Potter.

I haven't read the books but I've seen the first two movies and they are quality, worth watching for sure.

I must say, I wasn't expecting the end of the second movie so I'll best interested to see where this one goes.

I am a HUGE fan of the Hunger Games Series and I can't wait for Part1 of Mockingjay to come out. I do agree that it is sort of a low blow to force us to wait that long for the rest of the story. The book however had a kind of natural split in it between the time Katniss spent in District 13 and her time spent actually in the capitol.
