Instead of a movie club, how about...

Postby PorkChop » Jan 08, '14, 4:58 pm

A movie club where we review short films? This will make it easier for people to watch them, as they're not as time-consuming. I've stumbled across a few shorts films lately, which are really good - only a couple of minutes each, yet really made me think.

Let me know if you'd be up for this - if there's enough people I'll post the first one in another thread.

I'd say the best way to do these things is on an individual basis. Once you trial run it, if people were interested and enjoyed it then starting a club would be feasible. But people probably don't want to commit to doing something long term (even something minor) right off the bat.

That being said, I wouldn't mind watching a short film.

I'll post one in a bit in a different thread, people can comment on it if they wish.
