Any new movies coming out that you would like to see?

The new "Machete" looks fun but not worth the theaters. My wife and I are probably going to see the "Catching Fire" movie when it comes out. Also I can't wait to throw my money at "Jurassic World" when it comes out. I know it's going to suck. They all suck but they are all a lot of fun.

That new movie Gravity looks decent, and the new Tom Hanks flick Captain Phillips looks good. Hunger Games: Catching Fire in 3D next month should be good as well and of course Anchorman 2 at Christmas time.

If I don't go to see Thor 2 the next movie I'll go see is probably Desolation of Smaug.

Thor and Gravity are the only two i can think of right now. Heard Gravity was amazing, especially in 3D.

A depressing amount of the blockbusters just don't interest me at this point. I haven't seen the first Hobbit movie and I don't ever really want to. The Marvel movies are just boring at this point. I liked some of them well enough for the first while, but they're all rather samey. Not to mention very shallow.

By Marvel movies, I meant the ones that were part of the Avengers franchise. I actually want to be interested in the new Spiderman and X-Men movies. Simply because the Amazing Spiderman was one of the more enjoyable superhero movies I've seen in recent years and X-Men First Class is probably the best superhero movie I've seen that didn't star Batman. But unfortunately, everything I've heard about the sequels to each film makes me think that they're not going to be very good.

Catching Fire is one that I'm interested in though. I really liked the Hunger Games, I thought it was really well made and well acted. Based on the books, the second one probably won't be quite as good but it will still be worth a watch. My girlfriend really wants to go and see Rush also, so I'll probably go to that this weekend. The movie with Wolverine and Donnie Darko in is getting good reviews too, that might be worth a look.

And I'm really, really looking forward to the Fault in Our Stars. That's an adaptation of a John Green book that I'm pretty sure is coming out next year. For those of you who haven't read the book yet I thoroughly advise you to do so. You will have all the feels.

I agree 100% about the Marvel movies. They are all boring as hell and just over done. But I am looking forward to the new X-Men and Spiderman.

I don't think I've seen a movie in theaters since The Dark Knight Rises. I will go see Anchorman 2 if the opportunity presents itself though.

Movies that are out now I would like to see the new Affleck & Timberlake flick. Looks pretty decent. Also, I cannot wait for Bad Grandpa love Knoxville.

Gravity was pretty damn good, I'd suggest watching it. Visuals are amazing especially in 3D. I was skeptical about seeing it but enjoyed it a lot.

Nothing the rest of this year really interests me, but in 2014 I'll be looking forward to the new X-Men, Captain America, and 300: Rise of an Empire. There's also a movie called Interstellar with Anne Hathaway, Matt Damon, and Matthew McConaughey. It's supposed to be about explorers using a newly discovered wormhole to travel vast distances in space. I've been fascinated with astronomy and space travel ever since I first saw Carl Sagan's Cosmos when I was 5 years old, so that is right up my alley. Also two other Sci-Fi flicks, Tomorrowland with George Clooney and Transcendence with Johnny Depp sound like they might be worth checking out.
