Marvel's Inhumans movie now a TV series

Months ago, Marvel removed the Inhumans movie from their release schedule. I had assumed that the project was either abandoned or delayed until 2020 but it seems they've been busy putting together a deal to repackage the movie as a TV show.

I really don't know how to feel about this announcement. The Inhumans are obviously an important player in global politics and when they were a movie I had naturally expected that they would get involved when Thanos comes to fuck Earth up. As a TV series, though, I'm not so sure. Marvel seem to have cooled off on the idea of inter connectivity between their movies and TV shows and when you remove that possibility, the TV shows feel a lot less important to me.
