I recommend you watch the first three films. Whilst far from perfect, they're creative, technically impressive films, especially the first which had an arrantly minimalist budget, but still managed to be a hugely entertaining work. This looks good - despite the film having a lot of practical stunts, there definitely seems to be a conspicuous emphasis on VFX, too. Some of the colour grading looks a bit off to me, as well, and the film has such a slick visual look, as opposed to the gritty, dirty sensibilities of the first three. I guess that's what happens when you go through such heavy digital intermediate, but Miller may want to go in a different direction here. With that being said, it looks like a blast of wickedly fun chaos, so I will be seeing it.
