UFC to grab naming rights for new seater stadium in Vegas

UFC seem to be interested in naming rights deal for a new stadium in Las Vegas

So it could be boxing and other events are at the UFC Center? But the tweet that was linking to this story was criticising UFC paying for naming rights when it was allegedly claiming it was burdened by expenses that it was unable to pay its fighters more?
