First of all, yeah, the dunk contest is an embarrassment now. That sucked. Bring back the stars!

The Legend wrote:^^^ I think your opinion is about to change about management. NBA is a rare bird. There's so few players in the league compared to other sports leagues which means it's even harder to get one of the truly great players in the league. So you have to tank at the right time and truly suck to get a great player through the draft. And one great player can turn a team into a playoff team and a potential title contender. Now, the Bucks will likely always have trouble with drawing NBA free agents since NBA stars have this ridiculous idea that they can only move to about 6 markets in the country for it to be a good idea because nightlife and partying in warm places is more important than basketball, but that's another discussion for another time.

UGH yeah that attitude that players have these days drives me nuts. NBA players are such prima donnas, way more than in the NFL or MLB.

I'd have a more positive outlook on things if the Bucks didn't have years and years of history of having this exact same management style. There have even been times where they've been so close, and then they just throw it all away. That Ray Allen/Gary Payton trade was one of the biggest jokes of all time.

I get that Milwaukee isn't exactly an attractive market for free agents (which is stupid because it's a great city) but they could at least make an effort to bring people in, like the Brewers. It's just so frustrating.

I'd way rather have a hockey or soccer team here though. Especially hockey... Wisconsin is one of the three or four biggest hockey states in the country so it's a damn crime that there's no team here. It'd get so much support. Instead we're stuck being forced to root for a team from Minnesota (yuck), Detroit (double yuck) or Chicago (fucking kill me).

It's the stars' faults for not entering the dunk contest. Also, the new format is shit. Force LeBron and Durant to join or fine them. :angrysanta

With the Heat loss tonight, Indiana now has the #1 seed in the East. I just hope we get Pacers/Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals again.
