so much troubles in me heart.

I'm currently about 205lbs, about 6 weeks back I was about 210-215 - the heaviest I've been in my life. I want to cut to about 196, it's a more natural weight for me.
Also - what are the best protein supplements? I'm kind of poor so I'm looking for the best 'bang for buck' thing going.
Kein wrote:Aye beast, a lil bit back we were talking about supplements and the like in this thread. You said you like to take Bullnox as your pre-work out. How do you like it and do you recommend something else? I am running out of mine and I figure you look like a monster so at least what you are taking isn't hurting maybe kind of yes?

I don't think suffocating makes me have a better work out.

Oh it definitely improves your cardiovascular workout and improves your health. Want proof, just watch professional sports games played in Denver, Colorado where the elevation is higher which means the air is thinner and there's less oxygen. Visiting athletes always get gassed easier and can't keep up with their normal performance, while Denver athletes who work out in that air all the time have a much easier time of it because they are used to it and in better shape for it.
