Do you reckon we should get one of these going at some point? It's a bit early to start at the moment but I think it'd be cool to get one going in maybe a year's time or something. People could be inducted for their overall contributions to the board.

I also feel that despite not being here, Bryan Eggers can be the worthy recipient of the 'Bellend Emeritus' award.

I liked the idea of giving out yearly awards. One of them could be like a lifetime achievement award/hall of fame induction.

I think we'll probably need to double or triple in size before this becomes a consideration. For now I think we can stick with the yearly awards.

Yeah, it's too small a board and that kind of thing could breed resentment - particularly in a group so small. People were recently getting up in arms about a pink font.

Yearly awards are fun, because lots of people will win in different areas and it's just a once off thing that won't effect the forum for the other 364 days of the year. A full time Hall of Fame seems like it might be a bad idea, at least this early on.
