It's definitely my favorite holiday of the year.
What's usually in your Thanksgiving spread? What are you doing for the holiday this year?

We'll do a deep fried turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, some veggie casseroles, etc. Then I'll go to my parents' house for my dad's side of the family. Much of the same fare there. For both places my mom will make desserts, which will include traditional pumpkin pie, pumpkin cheesecake, cranberry cheesecake and a nut roll. I will throoughly enjoy a piece of each dessert at some point during the day between the two dinners. I will then promptly not eat again until Christmas' Eve.
