I seem to have food on the brain at the moment. I'm not a fan of turkey so this year we're breaking tradition and having Beef done in the slow cooker. Along with roast potatoes, sweet potato mash, Yorkshire puddings, peas, carrots, green beans, cheesy leeks, stuffing, pigs in blankets and of course gravy. I'm keeping it all relatively simple, as there will only be 2 adults and a toddler so we don't really need to go over the top. Plus the fact that I don't really fancy being stuck in the kitchen cooking all day.
What's everyone else having on Christmas day? Do you keep it simple or do you go all out and have all the trimmings?
