Learn to be entertained without hanging out with people? I think anymore I "hang out" with friends once or twice a year. Honestly I can't say it has been hard. I love all my friends but I love solitude as well.

I don't mind solitude at all, I am actually quite independent and definitely need "me time" as well but when you are still single and wanna just chill with friends sometimes and no one can for save exceptions of 2 or 3 times a year its not that cool. Maybe I am feeling a little pressured because all my friends are getting hitched and doing their own thing while I have a dwindling social life. Like I said, being alone is alright, but if I say, wanna get married or want to share my life with someone, socializing is the way to do it, being a recluse reinforces that I will be alone forever, and I need to make an effort to get out.

I interact, I text, but I mean to actually spend quality time hanging out conversing. I am pretty sure most people who are married get enough of conversation with their SO or their kids they just don't have the energy for a friend.
