Interesting stuff for those of us from the Birmingham area about the old abandoned Powergen Building on Stratford Road in Shirley: http://www.28dayslater.co.uk/forums/other-sites/82854-powergen-building-parkgate-shirley-birmingham-may-2013-a.html

Rachel Riley is fit, she will definitely be worth watching...that's if I ever got the chance to watch BBC Breakfast in the morning. TBH, from a journalistic point of view, not sure she'll be great in that sense as not sure what her background (besides being sound on Countdown) is going to prepare her for hard news stories. Louise Minchin who ain't bad either, would have been my choice but what the hey.

Susanna Reid is the talk of the MILF-town atm and rightly so. And now single :D

On another note, had a tuna salad that I mashed together myself for lunch and it weren't that bad.

Awesome, thanks for the heads up!

Can't help but mark out when I see a wrestling related show on Freeview tv. Does anyone remember the show on Channel 4 a couple of years ago about the Knight Family? It was filmed right as Paige got her WWE contract and they showed her doing her try out and stuff. It was interesting stuff.

For real, an ICW show would be the perfect environment for the Brits on here to meet up.

It was so cool that this show was on. I had it on BBC One anyway and I was just about to change the channel when this started. Grado is awesome. Saw him at an indie show last year where he was teaming with Colt Cabana.

The good thing about sunny weather in Britain is that you can open your window.

The bad thing about sunny weather in Britain is that some cunt over the road always decides to blare music, which you are forced to listen to. At the moment, this cunt is blaring 'Gentleman' by Psy. If he doesn't turn it off soon I'm going to start stabbing.

I've got a dude next door to me who's into home improvement DIY shit so whenever I open my window there's a fucking powersaw and stuff stopping me from hearing anything.

I have this exact same problem haha. The guy next door to me is a builder and is always making improvements on his house. At least a couple of times a week I'm woken up by the sound of him drilling, sanding, whatever he's doing. It should be a national rule that there should be no building work before 11am, and if you break this rule your musghot appears on the news with "CUNT" written above it.
