I just read your post... does that count?

I'm too lazy to read books, I don't need to for my uni course so I don't bother

I'm reading The Fall by Albert Camus. The book is a little overwhelming but people said it's a book they think about everyday in life.

I recently reread 1984, that was the first book I'd picked up in ages to be honest - I don't really have much time for pleasure reading.

I got a load of books and graphic novels over Christmas, so I've got a big waiting list at the moment. Currently reading Pride & Prejudice, and I was reading a book of short stories called Sad Monsters at the same time which I finished yesterday. But I have another 15 books waiting, so I'm trying to burn through as many as possible before I have to start studying again.

Currently reading Ender's Game. Got it for Christmas, and so far it's great. About 2/3 of the way through.

If you end up liking it, you should try reading Ender's Shadow - it's the same story from Bean's perspective. I actually preferred it to Ender's Game, though I enjoyed both.

I didn't read any of the other books in either series though, as it sounds like they both get quite weird. Plus, my dislike of Orson Scott Card makes it difficult for me to consider purchasing any of his books.

The way I look at it is any book worth reading gets adapted to film. Watching a movie is far more entertaining and way less time consuming than reading a book so I will stick with that.
Plus I have never had a person in my circle of people ever ask about a book so I never had the need

Thinking about starting to read A song of Ice and Fire next. I love the show, and hear the books are even better.

I genuinely just bought Ron Burgundy's autobiography because I'm assuming it'll be a hilarious and enjoyable read. I am not kidding about this.

I'm looking for a book to read after completing Sven Goran Eriksson's autobiography (former England soccer coach).

I'm tempted to give Obama's Wars by Bob Woodward a read. I read latter's book dissecting the story of Watergate which was riveting so tempted for that.

Other than that, if anyone has any sports/current affairs/politics (Middle East/South Asia) worth a read, lemme know! x

Just got done reading Perks of Being a Wallflower for a class. Saw the movie last year. Enjoyed the book alot. A super easy read. The film is just as good as the book IMO.

I loved the film but I've never read the book. Didn't even realise it was one until recently. I must check it out at some point.

Shocked that a high school actually assigned that book for reading.
