Good/Free Reverse Phone Number Lookups?

Are there any free "reverse phone number" lookups? I just had some guy leave me a voicemail but he was too retarded to wait for the tone, so it starts halfway through whatever he was saying. I have no idea who he is or what company he is with, but he sounded very haughty/irritated and said it was very important that I call them by Friday. Number is 18552748015 and I don't feel like calling back because the guy sounded like a total dildo farmer. Insurance companies have been bugging me since the accident but I know it's not State Farm, and I have no legal reason to talk to the "opposing" insurance agency.

I normally Google it and go from there.
411.com or 800notes.com are decent but unless its something legit you will most likely just stumble onto pages of disgruntled people with similar circumstances to yours
