You've probably seen what people really thought of you by reading several posts on here, which is why you haven't and likely won't reply to the emails Tim or myself have sent you. I think the idea that you wouldn't have power here worries you.

To be fair, he wasn't all that bad. At the end of the day, he operated one of the best forums I've ever seen and made decisions that needed to be made, regardless of if you agree with them or not. Focus on making this the best forum around rather than dwelling on the past.

Yeah, I agree with you. We're going to be seeing a lot of people venting about the old site right now, and I'm ok with that because we're just a couple days removed from the sudden shutdown and it's only natural to want to get all this stuff of your chest. But I'd like us to start shifting the focus on establishing our own identity and moving forward from here, rather than dwelling on the past for too much longer.

Agreed, I'd like to move on from the negativity. I understand that people have their reasons, but I'd prefer the focus to be on what we can do here and not what things were like in the past. There's no point in dwelling on the negative stuff - we've got a chance to start again now.

Stop it man. It already freaks me out. I don't like how smart phones and computers are these days and I'm blown away by the things they can do. Terminator can happen.
